They allow cats, no dogs. You can have a grill, ""but just don't light the place on fire"" the manager said. Each unit gets one covered spot, plus there are first come-first serve open slots throughout the complex. But parking on the street for friends or another car is impossible. Seriously don't get home after 10 pm if you don't want to park about a half mile away and walk home. It is right near lightrail and caltrain at Tamien station, and a 5 minute car ride to Willow Glen. Close to SJSU and Downtown too! The rooms are average size, but the kitchen has lots of counter space. The problems are that the management is really bad and changes every five minutes. Each time it changes, different people try to do different things, like cutting down our beautiful vines. We have lived here for two years, and I have to say that the people moving in are getting worse and worse. Big problem: there is NO a/c! Be prepared to sweat or share the pool with 20 of your closest teenage friends. There is nowhere for your kids to play, the closest park is about a half mile away and often filled with hoods. I don't think I would recommend this place to my friends, unless price is the most important thing to them.
Pros: location, free satellite, cats allowed
Cons: no a/c, turn lane, parking, management
