I was really happy to finally get an IMAX theatre in Tulsa. This is the place to go if you are looking for an incredible movie experience. We went to go see the Lord of the Rings and Batman here and was able to really get into the movie because of the visual presentation. The surround sound in the theatre is sometimes overwhelming but other than that, it is great. Be careful of leaving the theatre after the show, the visuals can disorient you and since you are up so high you may have to grab onto someone to help orient you. Seeing the Lord of the Rings here was something I won't likely forget. The incredible panorama shots where breathtaking. more

FUN! 8/21/2005

Great theater, if you can afford it very fun and great for kids of all ages! The extended screens make it even more entertaining and thrilling then in the regular theaters! Overly priced so dont be expecting to go here once a week, great for one of those special outings that you promise the kids a few weeks in advance of. more

I was just as thrilled as anyone that tulsa finally got an imax theater. And really, I have no problem with it - its a great, state of the art theater. It has Dolby surround sound and its 7 stories tall. But charging $8.50 per ticket seems a bit much to me. I could buy the movie for that. And when you have a group of people, that money adds up. more
