After catching a matinee with 2 other people in the theater, my aunt left\r
her wallet underneath her seat. She went back about ten minutes after\r
noticing it wasnt in her purse and it had been turned in by an employee\r
named ""Richie"" who had cleaned the theater after we left. To her chagrin,\r
all of the money that was in her wallet had been taken out.\r
\r
She tried to call the theater to speak to the manager to let him know that\r
whoever had turned in the wallet had most likely stolen a large amount of\r
cash from it but the phone number was a broken recording. So, I went to\r
the theater to get the manager's name and a direct phone line.\r
\r
To my annoyance the manager ""Hunt"" displayed completely insulting and\r
unapologetic customer service that has left me fuming and frustrated. I\r
explained the situation to him because I wanted him to know that we were\r
the last to leave the theater so it was more than probable that his\r
employee had taken the money before turning in the wallet. This was not\r
in an attempt to recover the money, but to let him know that he was\r
employing thieves. He was rude and did not even state that he would look\r
in to the situation.\r

This happened around the holidays at a time when the money meant a lot to\r
my relative. Unfortunately, the management and some employees of this\r
theater are inconsiderate and ravenous. BEWARE!""\r
