I used to love going to this theater. Comfy seats and good conessions along with excellent sound and video quality made it an absolute treat to go here. This is where the story goes horribly wrong, the last few times I have went on weekends there were group of people in the theater making so much noise talking and making stupid noises that at times the movie could not be heard. I asked my fiancee's little brother what was going on. It turns out that a large group of kids goes to the movies to hang out and talk and when someone asks them to be quiet they make a ton of racket just to be smacktards. Several people including me complained to management and nothing was done about it. Maybe it is different during weekdays but I am never going again on a weekend. I have been to this theater twice, and my visits were months apart. On both occasions the concession stand was filthy. There was excessive amounts of squashed popcorn on the floor, dried butter all down the front of the popcorn machine, litter on the counter, and glassy-eyed employees who seemed totally unconcerned. On my second visit, the girl used a plastic lid to scoop out some of the foam at the top of my cup. She dripped cola down the sides of it in so doing, and then tried to put the same icky lid on the cup. She rolled her eyes at me when I asked her to use a different lid. The colors are garish and the pictures on the wall are tacky. The screening room was filthy on my second visit. I will give it credit where due: the restroom was clean. This is the cleanest and most comfortable place around. They have a guard who keeps any trouble from happening and plenty of parking. This is the only theater we go to now. Pros: Clean, Comfortable, Safe Cons: Long way from home. more
