I like the location, but the parking is awful. It is always hard to find a spot. We always make sure to get there about 30 minutes early so we get a good seat in the back of the theater. Need to offer more value for the money..tickets, popcorn, drinks, and candy for 4 is over $60! Might just as well wait for the video and save $50 as the theater quality isn't as nice as other's I;ve seen.....and often dirty too. The only reason I go here is location. The theater often over sells seats. The ticket prices are too high, and customer service is poor. With all the new construction in the area, and buisness that have located to the area, the parking is becoming a problem. more

It's outdated and the concessions are expensive and lack quality. The projection and sound is old. There are no THX certified screens and the only reason to go is because it's the only theater in The Woodlands. But we deserve better. I take my 2 boys (ages 3 and 5) to the movies pretty often (once every week or 2)and we always have a good experience at this theater. I especially like booster seats that are usually located on the floor at the front under the screen...I just wish they had more of them. I also like the extra sanck counters in the back. They never have long lines which is important if you have a 3 year old to keep track of. I have never gone when the movie was oversold, however I did get there late for Scooby Doo and it took a while to find a seat for all of us. The parking, however can be pretty awful if there is an event at the pavillion. They should maybe limit parking to 2 or so hours to prevent it from being overtaken by pavillion traffic. Nice Theater, but why oh why must every movie be so painfully loud? You should be able to go to the movies without having your ears ring afterwards. Also 7 bucks is a little high to have to sit through unwanted commercials prior to the show. I refuse to patronize any of the advertisers. Just like telemarketers, they have no right to advertise in a space that you already paid for. The facilities are very nice however Pros: Nice Facilty Cons: Way to loud more
