Good Theatre, Good Location 8/28/2005

You can't beat a theatre in downtown Salem. It's easy to get to and you avoid mall traffic. There's two bus routes and a commuter rail for kids and those who can't drive. Plus, downtown historic Salem offers the best in entertainment, atmosphere, and food on the North Shore. I personally recommend the Patriot Cinema in Salem as opposed to those other so-called ""highpriced"" cinemas in the malls. nice little place 8/28/2004

I go there with the kids every once in a while. They don't always have the latest selections, but, a few movies a year is enough considering movie theater is not our first preference anyways :) The thing that bugs the most, some viewers are loud and generaly obnoxious. I guess, many teenagers are like that... Pros: good for children more
