Worst Service I have Recieved at the Cleaners 7/18/2011

I had the worst experience today at Cinema Cleaners. I wanted my pants shorten and felt that the staff was dishonest in charging me TRIPLE the amount they had indicated when i dropped off my pants. The staff was unfriendly and not understanding. The woman named Patty was very rude and unhelpful. I have gone many times to Cinema Cleaners and would often recommend it to my friends and family, but after today i will not. I am very disappointed and frustrated at the service I have received. more

The Cleaner that made our life easier 6/26/2009

I have used Cinema Cleaners for quite a few years now and what I love best about them is their friendly face and good customer service. Since I stop by in the afternoon to pick up my pieces, I never have to wait for a long time to be attended to. I will be using their services as long a I am in this area. Pros: Great customer service Cons: I hope I don't move out of this area more

Cineman Cleaners is a great place for Dry Cleaning 6/25/2009

My Husband and I both go here. He takes his Dress shirts and Suites for dry cleaning and I take my dresses, silk shirts, skirts, and wedding dress there. We are very happy with the quality of service and how they take care of us. We recommend this establishment to all our friends and relatives. Pros: Professional Service, Same Day Service, Open 7 Days more
