I used to love going to this theatre because it's close to dinner places to eat at after the movie. However, the people working there are incredably rude, as I have experienced. Once, a child down the row from me threw up during the show. Nobody made any attempt to clean the mess up and the theatre began to smell aweful for the remainder of the movie. Another time, I was meeting my faince there and he was running a bit late, so I was getting the tickets and waiting for him outside. The movie we were seeing was rated R, but both of us are well over 17 (I am 20 and he is a month away from being 21). I stood in line to get tickets and they asked for my ID, so I showed them my ID. They then told me I could only buy one ticket because actually you have to be 21 to buy two rated R movie tickets. So when my fiance finally arrived, he had to then stand in line getting his ticket and we ended up being late to the movie. Since when is that a rule? At the Regal Cinema's website it simply states that for Rated R movies, a parent or guardian must be present and buy the tickets. So if I had a child at 18 and wanted to bring them to a rated R movie, I am their legal guardian, but I guess not at this theatre...
Pros: Close to eating places for before or after the movie
Cons: Customer Service, Unclean Theatre, Unclean restroom facilities
