Best

Does a GREAT job on my pug. They charge less for a full service visit that a big chain charges for just trimming nails, not cutting, that cost even more. I would never take Crick...

Worst

Make sure you get a tour and ask lots of questions before you leave your dog. This goes for any grooming establishment. Pros: Jessica, hours. Cons: Too many

My niece's dog was badly injured today while being groomed at Cindy's. 2 teeth were missing, and surgery required at Vinton Vetonary Hospital. Heavy swelling around the dogs mouth. Explanation was that the dog nipped at the groomer, and somehow injured itself. The vet said it was a blunt force injury, but could not say for sure how it happened. A freak accident? You decide. more

I have been taking my babies to Cindy's Dog Grooming for years now. The ladies there are always very helpful and sweet, not only that, but Cindy and the ladies take their time to understand how I want my dogs groomed. If they see so much as a bump they haven't seen before or a bug bite they always let me know and I'm so appreciative of that. When I walk in its always clean and smells good, when I come back to pick up my dogs they always look beautiful and smell amazing and come out prissing around like they own the place. My dogs will only come to Cindy's Dog Grooming, and I would recomend them to anyone and everyone who loves their babies as much as me. more

The girls as Cindys were great to me and my puppy! They were sweet and full of great advise, they listened to my questions and didn't laugh at the dumb ones! My puppy was nervous but they helped him feel better and soon he was his happy little self! He left smelling great and happy as can be! I will going back soon! more

So my grandmother dropped off my white schnauzer (with pink skin), at this groomers and when she picked her up she had a black eye. My Nana was very upset and took her to the vet and my vet said that there had been blunt force trauma. The reason we were able to see her black eye (and bloodshot eyeball) is because our dog has very light pink skin. However, Cindy wasn't present due to a broken leg, but she was very nice and very sorry about what had happened. She talked to my nana and they are making amends. more

Cindy has a big heart and too many of us are breaking it. Unpredictable things happen in every groom shop and to every groomer, don't think that its not true for your choice of groomers. You can't let one incident go against anybody. Just use your best judgment when it comes to your four legged friends. Pros: best hours in town more
