My dog Dash is high spirited and requires some special care. He came to me as being moderately under socialized. Cindy knew to be loving and consistent in his care. He lived with her for five months before I adopted him. Through her extraordinary efforts (and those of her staff) he was made ready for adoption. I didn't know much of the back story. I loved him anyway. He lives comfortably in my home and 6' foot fenced large yard. He still loves to go to Cindy's 2 x's per week for Critter camp and boards there when I'm out of town. The staff there feels like a second family. I hope your stay there is as kind and beneficial as ours. Love Dash and Yvonne more

Great service at Cindy's Critter Camp 9/20/2017

we went to Cindy's Critter camp today for a training collar for our new dog we got from shelter last weekend Cindy was very helpful and showed us how to use it and how to put it on and off. You can tell they love animals and care about how they are treated.We will go back again for other services she offers. more

You can't please everyone I just read a review someone posted about your business and treatment of there dog at your facility.I once boarded a old cat that had never been boarded. When I came Back he,was missing hair everyplace his back feet could reach.I was very upset and threw a fit.within a couple of weeks at home hew as OK again. Then I realized it was because he felt abandoned and missed his cat Daddy. Not the fault of facility at all.don't be quick to cast blame without giving situation some thought. I read e reviews and for most very positive of this facility. Oh by the way I live in Florida know no one in maryville. Just a opinion. more

I needed a groomer & after doing some asking of other pet lovers I came to Cindy's Critter Camp. Yes, on her first grooming, I was like a new, nervous mom. My little girl was unfortunately dx. with diabetes, & lost of her vision before her 4th BD. So, I am very protective of my girl. I have been delighted each & every time I take her for spa day. I am always greeted with a friendly smile & they are very thoughtful of getting the diabetic dogs in & out early. My dog enjoys going even though she is usually apprehensive of unfamiliar areas. They treat her with TLC. I am thrilled I found her. P.S. I drive 30 minutes passing many groomers on our way to Cindy's more

The reviews written on 09/13/10 and 09/14/10 are very unfair. This individual was terminated by me on 09/13/10 for increasingly poor work performance as a kennel cleaner and conflict with other employees. I work very hard to provide a facility that is clean, safe, humane and friendly. Tours are welcome. The comment about the training was also very unfair and vindictive. As an employee, she was paid her hourly wage to attend a dog training orientation lecture. During this hour she was very inattentive, disruptive and rude. more
