THIS IS THE WORST customer service. I have EVER experienced. My bridesmaids dress were horrible and ordered 3 months prior to the wedding and finally picked them up 3 days before the wedding and were still NOT what she had described. Most of the dresses were amazing but owner was not helpful and had the worst old attitude. NEVER AGAIN and NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE. your best off going to an alterations place getting measured and order your own dress. more

My wife always gets frantic when she has to find a gown for one of my miltary formals. The staff at Cinderella's really was great. They helped her find exactley what she wanted and made her look like a cinderella. The store has every kind of gown you can imagine and in every size. They also had the tuxedos for the guys!!! more
