Let me preface this review by saying that I'm Hispanic and grew up eating authentic Mexican food. Cinco is nowhere close to authentic and isn't even that great as Tex-Mex. Maybe it's because I'm not a fan of onions, but they use so much onion in their food, it drowns out the taste of everything else. About the only thing I could stomach was the queso dip. My enchilada meal was awful and had that horrible fake cheese sauce all over it that so many Mexican restaurants in GA like to use for some crazy reason. I like to be able to take the spices, cumin, chile, etc. in my food, not processed, overly-tangy Velveeta! I tried Cinco once, probably won't try again. Still searching for great Mexican...
