Cinco Car Care Diagnose correctly 4/8/2011

Six years ago we faithfully went to a service center that we had trusted in for many years, which was further from our home. One of our vehicles had a recurring problem with the air conditioner. We were not pleased with the estimated cost to repair it. We went to Cinco Car Care where Adam diagnosed the problem correctly, and the final cost was significantly less. We have continued to come back and have never been disappointed. Their service has exceeded our expectations. They always maintain our vehicles and check over them thoroughly. We appreciate their promptness and their willingness to aid in providing transportation to and from the shop. We have our total confidence and trust knowing that our vehicles will operate efficiently. more

13 years of Cinco Car Care - Great! 9/8/2010

We have been taking our cars to Cinco Car Care for 13 years and will continue to do so. Cinco has consistently taken excellent care of us, especially my wife and 3 children. All of our cars have been drirven over 200,000 with Cinco doing ALL the maintenance. They have advised us well, only completed repairs that were needed and stand behind their work 100%. I can't say enough good things about Cinco Car Care. more

Worst service 6/9/2010

I thought Cinco Car care was great until my last service. They said it was the thermostat and then lie to me to say it will run a little hotter than normal. I got a mile then the car overheated. Adam said the problem was the radiator and I refused to fix that because of how much it is but then he said it was the water pump instead because it was cheaper to fix. It sounded like he was guessing and just trying to get me to pay more. Then Adam has the nerve to say he will replace the water pump for free if it doesn?t work and if it does I owe him for the replacement. It?s like he is trying to play a game with me but I will never go back to this shop again?>6?_review[rating]=1 more

Best car service in Katy 2/7/2010

I have taken my vehicles to Adam at Cinco Car Care since 2001. He provides 1st rate service. He will spend the time to explain your options. He is very honest and treats his mechanics and all his staff very well since they have been with him as long as I can remember. I have recommended Adam to several co-workers and they are hooked on Cinco as well. He exceeds my expectations with his professionalism every time. more

Cinco Car Care 11/20/2006

Cinco Car Care is a very conscientious car repair shop. They check your battery and tire pressure. They check the date on your inspection sticker. And most importantly they are honest. They have an 18000/ 18 month warranty. When you come in they are friendly about honoring their warranty. Many customers know the owner, Adam, by name and Adam knows his customers names. more

My car is happy! 11/19/2006

Prompt diagnostic of a sensor going out, which is what I anticipated the problem to be. The prices quoted were exact. They explained exactly what they would do. We brought the car on a late Friday afternoon, and I was amazed that my car was ready the next day. They even washed the car. I felt like they really took care of me and my car. Definitely will start visiting Cinco Car Car for my routine oil changes and for (hopefully none) any other problems down the road. more

honest service 2/7/2006

After taking my vehicle to the dealer, there was still a problem with it. My neighbor recommended Cinco Car Care to me. I brought it in. The owner told me up front how much the diagnosis would be and gave me an estimate on how much it would be to repair the problem. He was right on the money. They new exactly what the problem was and fixed it without trying to add extra repairs in there. I was then able to get a refund from the dealer for missing the problem. PROS: knowlagable CONS: none more
