For the past 10 yrs plus I've brought my 3 children to Dr. Cassinelli's practice for appliances and braces. They all have perfect smiles now, and I feel as a mom that I've done my job wisely! Now it's my turn as an adult to be a patient. There is nowhere else I'd rather place my trust for a perfect smile than with Dr. Cassinelli and Dr. Shanker. I'm proof to other 'mature' adults that may think they are too old and that they can't change their teeth appearance! It is truly never too late! more

Aaron is always seen quickly for his scheduled appointments. The office is clean and inviting and everyone on the staff is friendly and helpful. This is my one and only child to go through the orthodontics experience. not only did he need braces, but a Herst and expander...quite an adjustment for a teen! The office staff are awesome and both Dr Cassinelli and Dr. Shanker always go out of thier way to make sure he is comfortable! noah even had his Herst break on a weekend and Dr. Shanker met us out at the office in 30 minutes wit a smile on his face. So glad we chose West Chester Orthodontics!!!!! Would recommend to anyone (child or adult) needing care! more

In coming to the Cassinelli & Shanker, I didn't not expect the kind of service that my son has received in the past 10 to ll months. Everyone there is so kind, polite. With my son being tense about have braces on his teeth. The young ladies and the Doctor made each visit easy and comfortiable for him. I am a lady, that is 72 yrs of age. I wore a full set of braces for over three years. I am very pleased with the results.my teeth look and feel much better.The correct bite is very imporant,Now i can chew my food much better because my bite is more even.the work Drs.Cassinelli and Shanker did,brought about a great accomplishment. more

I used to bring my daughter in and have to wait, and wait, and wait. The last appointment went sooo much quicker. We got there, she signed in, and she got in within 2 minutes after sitting down. The next thing I knew, she was done! We checked at the front desk to confirm her next scheduled appointment. The receptionist printed out a reminder slip after I checked my calendar and confirmed it. I didn't have to request one at all. The lobby or waiting room was quiet and clean. I was really impressed with the visit as a whole. more
