I never typically write reviews…However, I am extremely disappointed by the unprofessional and poor level of customer service I received in regards to a recent party reservation. I would defiantly not recommend booking a party, business engagement or meeting with CRAVE as they canceled my business engagement reservation giving me only 24 hours notice!\r \r I spoke with a worker there named Josh when I arranged for my business engagement. Josh assured me that our budget mentioned would be fine and confirmed our reservation for their event room. Three days before the event I receive a call from the General Manager, Alex Ramadan who proceeded to tell me that Josh made a mistake in letting me reserve the room as it typically has a minimum. He then proceeded to tell me that because his worker made a mistake that in good faith and business he would uphold their end of the bargain and allow us to keep our reservation. I applauded this as you often run into business that are only worried about their current profit and tend to not think about future business and word of mouth. \r \r However, this opinion quickly changed as I then received a follow up call less than 24 hours before our business engagement telling me that they have decided to cancel my engagement unless I agreed to now…last minute…meet their minimum. Now, first I would like to say that I deal with large events, holiday functions, fundraisers, dinner meetings, etc and understand minimums in their entirety. That being said, I was never told when I reserved that their was a minimum and then was reassured 3 days before my engagement that my reservation was secure from the General Manager Alex Ramadan himself. \r \r Long story – short….Alex Ramadan, the General Manager of CRAVE canceled my business engagement last minute because he would make more money with another reservation.\r \r Thus, I would not recommend CRAVE for any type of event and would especially caution administrative assistants planning business engagements or even brides & Grooms planning wedding festivities as your event could be canceled just as quick if a bigger party decides to book on your same day!\r more

My friend, Porche introduced me to this fabulous Dearborn dining experience. Since, I think CRAVE... whenever I hear Dearborn!\r \r The atmosphere is very pleasant and inviting. The decor is nouveau and the floor plan is open. CRAVE is a 21st Century Cheers.....an 1980s thing!!!\r \r You haven't experienced Dearborn unless you have dined at CRAVE. Happy Hour is a MUST!!\r \r more

I have been going to Crave for years. It's really not straight sushi, however. It is more fusion. The food is wonderful, but be prepared to drop a few bucks. This place is reserved for a serious night out aimed at Epicurean pleasures. more

The food was amazing. The staff was very friendly and knew what to offer. The best saketini in town. You have to try it. The decor is beautiful. My girlfriends took me there for my birthday and let me tell you they made it such a special occasion. The owner walks around and tries to make sure that you are being taken care of and that you have the best experiece ever. Besides having great sushi crave is also a lounge/bar. I guess you could say we got the whole package. more

This is NOT a sushi bar. You have a bunch of Caucasians and hispanics rolling the sushi? i went there with my family and what a trap. this place is a bar/lounge, not a sushi bar. also it is extremely expensive.save your money! Pros: downtown west dearborn Cons: TOO expensive more

This place had a great atmosphere. The food was unbelievable. Servers were very knowledgable about the food and even made nice sake suggestions. There saketini list is really cool and my friend enjoyed a couple different ones. Every thing we tried on the menu was so dazzling to our taste buds. Our experience was beyond perfect. more
