You go here for the price, not the quality. And, for the price, it's pretty good. The dessert pizzas and cinnamon rolls are quite good.

Cici's Pizza cheap and good! Where else can you eat good pizza for all you can eat for $3.99? NO WHERE! It's good filling food for cheap. Of course you have to buy the soda extra but for the $3.99 they give you cheesy bread, salad, pizza and desert! All you can eat! It's good stuff! more
