Ciao Bella Pizza

This is a small unassuming restaurant located next to a big ""Irish"" pub. The people in my party ordered a variety of pizza, pasta and salads. It was all wonderfully unexpected. The alfredo sauce is to die for. I truly mean it. Best I have had anywhere, ever. The pizza was what I would assume is authentic since I have never been to Italy. Thin flavorful crust, not overdone on the toppings. My sister was blown away by her putanesca, which she has had the pleasure of eating in Italy so she had a good comparison. The bread and dipping oil was wonderful. The salads where large and fresh. The people who worked and owned the restaurant were friendly people who I believe were from Italy, and I felt very at home in their restaurant. OH, and the price. Very cheap for what you are getting. Cozy, hole-in-the-wall atmosphere. The pizza was good - not great, but good - and used fresh ingredients, which you usually won't get at the chain pizza joints. What sets them apart is the wonderful - very garlic - dipping sauce that comes with the bread. If you manage to get tired of the seafood in Destin, FL this is a nice change of pace.
