Ciao Bella Boutique

I was in a crunch to find a dress for a last minute invite to a fund raising event. I called ciao bella boutiuqe and described what I needed. They were more than happy to pull several items for me. When I arrived they had their beautiful dressing room filled with outfits and dresses for me to try on. I not only found what I was looking for but several other items I could not live without! It was a terrific experience as the owners know each piece of merchandise and were more than helpful and accommodating! It was one of the BEST shopping expierences I have had in a long time! I love to boutique shop and ciao bella boutique has many great things to offer, beautiful merchandise, accessories and most of all customer service! They now have a customer for life! I walked into Ciao Bella looking for a dress for a summer party and walked away with the best summer wardrobe I've had to date. The girls there were so helpful and found items that looked great on! I found some fabulous jewelry, made by local designers which I love. I was able to buy dressy pieces for work as well as casual tops, I love that they carry 3-dot and David Kahn. \r \r Great Store I recommend it to all my girl friends! Pros: Great Designers! I don't know where the last lady shopped but it obviously wasn't Ciao Bella Boutique in Cary!!! \r \r I LOVE THIS STORE! Its so cute! I always receive fabulous customer service when I shop there!! They carry new fresh designers as well as the classics. I can not believe that anyone would have had a bad experience at this store!! The girls will have fun with you and they have special ordered quite a few things for me! They are great about keeping up with my style,size and they know what fits and looks good on my figure!! I went to Ciao Bella looking to look at their Matt and Nat purses as they are now one of the few carriers in this area. The sales staff was rude and very unhelpful - they couldn't answer basic questions about the designers and refused to order a bag for me - I was made to feel bad for even asking. Their clothing selection also left much to be desired. Having lived in Denver and Boston for the past few years, I was used to excellent customer service from boutique stores - none of whom will ever refuse to order a piece of merchandise for a customer. Unfortunately, it appears that even the most basic of services cannot be expected from Ciao Bella. \r \r Don't waste your time here - go to Scout and Molly's - they know how to treat a girl!
