Horrible Place! 6/10/2011

Horrible place. They checked me in just like any other urgent care but then when it was time to see the doctor he was useless. He didn't even know what my temperature was that was just taken minutes before by the nurse. No tests, no exams, just a huge bill and a rude doctor that told me I had a cold and to go home and take Tylenol if I couldn't handle it. Which I found out Monday at my normal doctor that that was not the case at all!!!!!!!! So now all I have to show for the experience is a $400 bill and months of dealing with people who are rude and unhelpful. I have asked for a detailed bill to see what the charges are for... haven't gotten that yet. If you think $400 is a reasonable amount to spend for nothing, by all means visit this place. But if you are a decent person who needs to go to an urgent care because your doctor is closed over the weekend and you have work Monday morning that you can't miss DON""T GO HERE!!! They will rip you off and be rude in the process! more

""Take your time seeing me"" care 2/28/2010

This is the first and last time I will ever visit this center. They cannot see you in a timely manner and are evasive in giving you complete diagnosis. I was quickly sent to triage to get some basic information done, and that was about the only quick thing about this place. After sitting in the waiting room for FIVE hours, I was able to be seen by the ONE doctor that they had on staff. Then, after taking x-rays of my chest and some other tests, the doctor told me there was no name for whatever I had, and could not issue a complete diagnosis or even any type of pain relief. His advice was to go to the emergency room if the pain came back in the future. This might have been the most useful information acquired throughout the duration of our visit, which was about four and a half hours too long. Please save yourself some pain and go straight to the emergency room if your illness seems serious, not this ""urgent"" care center. Pros: they can give you Advil! Cons: they cannot: diagnose, deal with pain, or see you quickly more
