Queso Compuesto!!!! 5/24/2007

I did not care too much for the other dishes (I had a burrito and a taco salad on another occasion)... but the queso compuesto was out of this world good! Try it, but beware that you will crave it from then on. more

It passes 8/15/2005

My wife and I went there for lunch one Saterday afternoon and found it to be ok, though not amazing. They served us pretty fast, which was nice. I had the fajitas, and while they were fresh, I've had better at other restaurants not to mention home made. It seems like it does get buisy on occassion, but during the day time it's pretty empty. My wife and I love the location, though, because there are lots of great little shops in the Knox Henderson area. Check it out if you like Tex-Mex, otherwise, you could pass without missing much. more

Awesome Food!!! 8/4/2005

Chuys has the greatest tex-mex in Dallas. Definetly try the creamy jalepeno dip and the queso..its like no other! Also, they have really good swirl margaritas. The happy hours are awesome and fun! more

Fun place for food and drinks! 8/2/2005

Chuy's is a great place for a relaxed lunch or dinner with friends and family. It has a great patio with garage doors that pull down on hot or windy days. The have daily specials of free queso and cheap margaritas to complement their Mexican menu. The restaurant is rather large but it can get very busy at night and especially on the weekend so get there early! more

The best Tex-Mex in Dallas 6/25/2005

I have never been disappointed with anything I have ordered at Chuy's. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the items on the menu. The only reason I give them 4 stars instead of 5 is because the wait time can be long. The place is always packed. The food is worth the wait. The atmosphere is fun as well. Be sure and check the place out because each room is unique. **Tip** If you are a light eater and want a burrito, ask for the 'mini burrito.' It's not listed on the menu, but the waiter will know what you are talking about. more
