The experience was overall a negative for me. Though the repair was excellent, and my car looks flawless... I had such trouble with communication and customer service. My experience started out with me making a trip across town to drop my car off at my appointment time, only to be told the rental car place wasn't open for another two hours. None of which was communicated to me, so i had to leave, miss work, and come back another time. Then at the end of the week when i was supposed to get it back, i was told a part was on national backorder. If they had told me that, i would have waited to bring my car in. It was still drivable.
