Just moved to the Parkville area, and I started to have some power steering troubles. This was a bummer for me as I always had my cousin do work on my car and not have to pay a shop or anything. Now, he isn't here and I needed to get it looked at. My brother told me to check out Chucks and I am glad I did.\r

First went there with the problem they peeked at it, said I was low on power steering fluid, which I was. Filled me up, and sent me on my way. However, the noise didn't stop. So I went back in two days. The front desk lady, I believe to be Chucks daughter, was EXTREMELY nice and very helpful. Told her the noise didn't go away and she told me they would have to look at it. So I dropped it off the next day and they she told me she would call with an estimate. Later that day, she called with an estimate of a very reasonable price for the work that had to be done, they had to replace the power steering pump, and reservoir.
