I took my car to Chuck's Garage after reading the rave reviews on Google. Unfortunately, my experience does not mirror theirs. Last week they inspected my air conditioning system ...

Prompt service, friendly staff 12/17/2015

Brought auto in for headlight bulb replacement. Did not have appt. but was told they would be able to fix it and we were welcome to wait. Took less than 1/2 hour and we were back on road. Staff made us feel comfortable and the price was very fair. more

Honest & inexpensive shop! 10/18/2015

One of the things I love about Chuck's is they never try to screw you - they're honest. They'll tell you if something's expensive or can wait a little before being serviced. Even though I was just in for an oil change, they were quick, courteous and professional. I've had all my family's vehicles serviced there and would definitely recommend them to anyone in the Lansing area needing minor or major service. more

Great Customer Service 9/1/2015

My Santa Fe would not start up over the weekend. I dropped off my car on Sunday and Monday morning dropped in to make sure they got the keys. They were already checking out the vehicle and told me to expect a call within a few hours. They called with the estimate and after I said go ahead did the job quickly. I was impressed that they also noticed another issue with something I had fixed at a dealership and they told me to go back to the mechanic at the dealership because they didn't do the job right. I was impressed that Chuck's did that. Thanks. When needed I will take my car back to Chucks. more

In and out quick! 8/16/2015

Would've been 5 stars but it was a bit pricey for a replacement bulb and wiring dolly. That being said, the shop got me in the same day I called, had it done by the end of the day, and told me of other repairs that were desperately needed. I'll keep going back to Chucks for sure. more
