Never Do Unnecessary Work 12/17/2011

I took my Venza to a local NTB to take advantage of a special price for a tire rotation and oil change. Turns out I needed rear brakes and was handed an estimate for $550! Included in the estimate was new rotors for $250. I said thanks but no thanks and took the car to Chuck's. I did need brakes but not new rotors and paid $175 for the repair. This is why I have gone there for 5 yrs and recommend the place to anybody looking for an honest place for auto repairs. more

I have taken my cars to Chuck's for 6 years, and my family has taken their cars to Chuck's even longer. You can always expect great service at a fair price when you have your vehicle serviced here. I would strongly recommend using Chuck's to provide all your auto service needs. more

I have really been impressed with Chuck's Auto Services. Being new to Bethel Park and not having a regular place to take my vehicle, I am glad I chose Chuck's. I've been taking my vehicles to Chuck's Complete Auto Services for about twenty years. I've never had a problem. Primarily, I know that they are honest. They take time to explain how I can maintain my automobiles and keep them running without issues. The service is perfect. Most of the guys have been there for many years, and a couple of them have even been there for as long as I've been going there. That says something about Chuck's ability to run a business and to keep his mechanics there that long. It's a stable environment. Plus, they are familiar with the vehicles that come in. I highly recommend this shop to anybody! more

Chuck's Complete Auto Services is responsible, knowledgeable and professional. 5/3/2011

They thing I like about Chuck's Complete Auto Services is that they take the time to go through and tell you what's wrong with your car. They'll fix any issues that require fixing right then and there and let you know if things should be watched and possibly fixed later. They'll never rip you off because they don't do things that aren't necessary. From a safety standpoint, I feel it's important that they keep an eye on things that might become issues down the line, especially as a father of daughters, who also take their cars to Chuck's. more

Chuck's Complete Auto Service is good at servicing cars, and they do a good job recommending what needs to be fixed and what doesn't. I have probably used them for about 10 years, and I am also friends with a mechanic there. They are reliable and honest. We have been using Chuck's Complete Auto Services for about 5 years now. Every time we schedule an appointment, they get us in an out according to the time they told us, which is very important to us. My wife typically takes the car in and she is very busy with our four kids, so it is important for her to get in an out quickly. And, the quality of the work is best. I have used other garages based on location, and I always go back to Chuck's. more

I drive exclusively used cars that I find good deals on, and chucks keeps them on the road for thousands and thousands of miles. whatever I need, he is able to do. Chuck's Complete Auto Service has been wonderful. They go out of their way to make sure I am picked up and dropped off. I always go to them and would recommend them to anybody. We started using Chuck's 12 years ago when we first moved here and they were recommended to us. It has always been a good experience. If something needs to be fixed, they fix it. If it is something little or unnecessary, they will let us know and not replace unnecessary parts. We have been very happy with them. They are very nice people and a pleasure to do business with. more

We have been going to Chuck's Complete Auto Service for many years, at least 10. I would never consider going anywhere else. He is prompt and thorough. I have never had an issue with the work he's done or the price he's charged. You won't be disappointed. more
