Chuck Wise Motors

They have the worst customer service of any car lot in the industry. I asked to see a deq pass slip for the truck I wanted to purchase and I was brought one that was for a different vehicle. When I pointed out it was the wrong truck and asked about the major exhaust leak the salesman got in my face as if to start a fist fight. I asked then if they had any info on vehicle history and his response even better. He came at me with do you even have enough $ for this truck. I in fact had thousands in cash on me and was there to spend it. I then asked to test drive the vehicle and again he came at me with is it even in your price range. Forged paperwork and salesman who want to fist fight with customers smart enough to call them out on there lies is all this lot has to offer. BBB should shut these folks down and some arrests and prison time are also in order for the owner and operators of such a crooked car lot. more

I just recently bought a subaru from this dealer and i will have to say I was pleasantly suprised by their demeanor. They did not claim anything untrue about the car over the phone to me, they were very helpful in person once I got to their dealership...They were able to explain this particular car compared to others I was interested in, very upfront and informative. I appreciated very much the way they do business. I'm 54 years old and like car shopping just about as much as I do picking out a funeral plot but this place treated me right. more

after hunting on majority of the car lots around town i landed on a vehicle they had in stock here, was pleased with their customer service since they didn't play salesmen switch on me or try to get me to finance instead. good rig, nice people. can't complain. more

Very pleased overall with my experience at chuck wise auto they were simple people with decent cars and prices weren't too bad. Bought myself a suv and my daughter a commuter car for college, we were able to have our own space to decide on the purchase and the vehicles have been good for us realizing they are used and need a few things like all used car. We'll be back! more

I was not in the mood to buy a car but my previous car was going to the mechanics 24/7 so i read a few reviews and hit old 82nd avenue to go car shopping...When I went into chuck wise motors they had quite a few comparable vehicles with others i had seen at other lots for much more so I was very pleased with that obviously...I wanted to look the car over throughly since I didn't want another mechanical headache and the sales guy just handed me the keys and left me alone...that was refreshing... more

New to the area and was tired of being bombarded by sales people at all the lots! So i did a little searching online and found a couple good reviews for chuck wise motors and when i stopped by i was suprised to find them not chase me around but let me wonder on my own... I found a really clean subaru forester there and after talking over my budget and knowing i could afford it i was allowed to drive it and check out all the options without them looking over my shoulder or hounding me. SO REFRESHING! I dealt straight with the owners and didn't get any run around like at the other lots. Nice people there and from what i understand they been around for a while so I'll gladly recommend anyone there! Check em out if you dont want to get chased around! Thanks to Chuck & Matt! more
