Exceptional, personalized service 9/12/2015

I had a emission problem with the pump and they diagnosed quickly, and my Jeep was ready the next day. They even delivered my car back. Now, that's service. more

Not bad, but a long wait. 9/2/2015

Waited over an hour for my oil change, a little slow, but you do get a car wash with it. I didn't have time to wait for that though. It would be helpful if they could tell you that the wait could be a few hours or offer an express service. ; more

Oil Change 8/24/2015

Just took my Jeep Grand Cherokee in for the first oil change. Was told by the service writer that a recall had been issued by Jeep for the computer system. CDJR of WW installed the recall software when they changed the oil. They would have washed the Jeep for me (they said), but I had just left the car wash so no deal. I gave four stars because nothing is perfect. more

sales needs better knowledge 8/22/2015

Jerry was very helpful and answered my questions. But he didnt give me the right price on the jeep I was thinking about getting. He told me it was $26,000.00 multiple times. The jeep was really close to $34,000.00. Kinda mad me mad because I was getting ready to go for it until I found out how wrong he was on the price. I also had an interaction with another sales man. He didnt know anything about the vehicals. He also said some smart a#% remarks that were out of line for someone dealing with customers. It pissed me off so I left more

We had several issue repaired. When I picked up my vehicle, a coolent error msg popped up. I flagged it to the service manager who had it taken care of immediately. I got home and noticed the new rear breaks were squeeking. Called and manage said bring it in. They fixed it quickly while I waited. more

Nobody does it better 8/7/2015

Great service! Stopped by Service Dept. with problem late afternoon. Jeep went in for service at 8 am the next day. Analyzed problem correctly and fixed it for next day pickup. Everything works perfectly....and the Jeep was nice and shiny when I picked it up. Very friendly and courteous staff. THANK YOU.!! more
