I have had many great experiances with the Vail Christy's. I dont know why all the people rated this so poor. the staff there knows more about what they do then anywere else ive been in the 25 years going to Vail. I will be a lifer here. more

Christy sports sucks. The rental dept. is rude. I went there three years ago and it was ok, But last year I went back and was yelled at by a guy named Chris. An then to make it worse the managers Allen and Randy were very Rude!! more

RUDE 1/7/2007

Christy Sports rentals; they are on just about every ski mountain I have ever been to. The one at Vail is staffed by some of the most arrogant and rude 'dudes' I have ever encountered. Most ski/snowboard rental places seem to want to bend over backwards for your business. Not so with Christy Sports Vail.... Snowboarding equipment is sub-standard and sparse. The 'dudes' are unwilling to try to help and make sarcastic remarks. When my wife stated she had never been treated as badly at any other ski resort rental company, the response was, "Wow, like we've never heard THAT one before!!!!! Dripping with sarcasm. hit or miss customer service 11/14/2005

This place can be hit or miss. I have had excellent service and I have wandered around this store almost begging for help. It is in the heart of Vail Village, so a good place to buy last minute gear., or if you have a bike problem and need someone to help you fix it. Also great location for those days you forgot your hat or goggles and want to get up on the mountain ASAP! more
