If you're not sure just WHAT to order, let me help you out... ""Anything!"" :) My husband and I have sampled just about every single thing off the menu and they are all equally amazing! My husband loves the ""Brisket - (Sliced)"" with the bbq sauce poured over it and is also a big fan of their ribs! Their sides are the absolute BEST as well! Without question the best baked beans I have ever had in my life! They are seriously THAT awesome! Their fried Okra is super yummy along with their fried potatoes. Basically, this is not diet food ---- but then again, when was bbq ever really that? ;) Best local find. So glad we stopped in!!! You can call ahead with your order, btw! Takes them anywhere from 15-20 min to have your order packed and ready to go! more

Christopher's Smokehouse BBQ 6/10/2011

We have eaten here several times and everything is AWESOME. He makes everything from scratch and if you sit outside, you can see the meat being smoked. They are always friendly and I would recommend this to anyone. We plan on taking my mom when she comes to see us. I have not found anything I do not like. The portions are also big!!!!! Love this place. more

We have eaten at Christopher's Smokehouse BBQ on several occasion it's unique way of smoking the meat brings out the best of flavor in the meat that it does not require BBQ sauce. but if you have to have it, it is an added Inhancement to the meat.\r For Desert he has the best Apple pie in \r Cedar Hill Tx.. his central location makes it easy to find in Down Town Cedar Hill Tx.\r \r more

  • At Christopher's Smokehouse BBQ, in Cedar Hill Texas, you will be introduced to some of the best BBQ known to man. We use Certified Angus beef and premium cuts of pork and chicken. All meat is smoked, using pure wood, on a Traeger pellet-fed smoker for a minimum of six hours, and accented with our unique tasty dry-rub. Beef brisket and pork butts are smoked for more than twelve hours to provide a tender tasty smoked diliciousness that cannot be duplicated. BBQ sauce is always served on the side, never on your meat. We also have a wide variety of sides and home made desserts that will round out a magnificent barbeque experience. Eat-in and carry out are both available.

    Having a party, social or corporate event? Imagine having our Certified Angus beef brisket or our meaty baby back ribs along with our tasty sides and desserts at your event. You will be the talk of the town.
