Prompt service friendly atmosphere and a fair price. I wouldn’t take our cars anywhere else.

Worst

My car has been there a couple of times. i have spent approximately $650 & my car still rattles.. Which was the original issue.

SAAB 97X 8/1/2013

I recently had my SAAB 97X in for service. Christopher's Car Care too kthe time to diagnose the problem call me and explain what the problem was ans how to fix it. They treat you with respect and are extremely helpful. I would recommend them to anyone. more

HONEST friendly service. 7/4/2013

They squeezed me in when my exhaust fell off 1 week before my scheduled appointment to replace it. I appreciated that because I know their appointment calendar was filled for that day. They were so friendly (Stacey, Dave, and all the mechanics I speak with) and the price came in actually a little under the quote. They fix everything the first time. I don't believe I have ever had to take something back because it wasn't fixed right the first time. This is very important to me because I cannot afford the time that it would take to return. There are many reasons I go here but most important is that I feel I can truly trust them. They seem honest and I never fear that they will say my cars need something they don't. Normally a great place, but... 6/30/2013

I was having an issue with a fuse blowing when using the A/C on full blast. Claimed they tested it for over an hour on full blast and it didn't blow, billed me for $95. Five minutes into driving home, the fuse blew. No offer to look into it more, just an offer to be billed for more labor to look into the issue further. Only bad experience, though. more

Impala review 6/15/2013

got our car in for brake problem, Christopher's was able to get the rotors at no cost to us due to the fact they were 1 1/2 yrs old, they replaced sway bar links, and changed oil. They took the time to look the car over and found out the oil filter had a slight leak from Valvoline not installing it properly, and informed us. We went to pick it up after 5 p.m. right bfore they close and my wife drove off and heard a noise, she took it back and the mechanic took the time to reattach a loose piece when he could of said the day's over, we'll do it tomorrow. Greatly appreciate that. Christopher's is a great family owned business, we have taken our cars there for a long time, their prices are compatible with every other shop, but you have a level of trust with them unlike most chain shops. They don't try to sell you something that is not needed, just to run the bill up, like other places. more
