You absolutely can can not go wrong with Ashley! She is by far that best I've ever been to. I will never go else where. I'm very indecisive and can never make up my mind. I can take Ashley a hand full of pictures and she gets the concept and makes it happen. : ) I've tried this other places, only to have an epic fail and ends with me hating my hair. Not to mention the building feels warm/ like home and the people there are very friendly I love all of them can't say and they bad. It's well worth your money. more

I randomly had kevin cut my hair back in 1993, its now 2011 and I have never went to anyone else besides him. He has a gift for not only cutting hair, but is very well educated when it comes to the different products that can achieve whatever look you want.\r I can't say enough about him, except to say I wish I could do more than just a post about his skills.\r Dan more

I found out about the salon from a co-worker who is the cousin of the owner. I have been going there for about 1 1/2 years. I started with the owner Christopher and then the receptionist scheduled me with Ashley. They are both very talented and I would highly recommend either of them. I find them pricey as I am a single homeowner not making alot of money. They are well worth it though. I just wish I could afford to go more often. Pros: Ashley and Christopher are wonderful. I have not been to any of the other stylists. Cons: Price is a little high for someone on a limited budget but it is well worth it more

I think this is the best hair saloon I have ever been too. first off, it is a really small and cute, old fashioned building. everybody their is funny, cool and fun to be around. I have very thin, soft hair and it is really hard to keep dye from running out of my hair, but they got it to sticj. Ashley is literally like a sister to me, and she does the best cuts and coloring. I used to live in Keego and i moved to inidana over the summer and she is STILL the only person i will go to to do my hair. its is amazing! So, I was not expecting to get a fab haircut and color in Keego Harbor, of all places. I was hopeful, as always, but really didn't expect much. I read a positive review about Christopher's here on CitySearch and decided to give it a try. Boy, am I glad that I did. The salon is a funky little place on Orchard Lake Rd. Great atmosphere. Really nice, fun stylists. And most importantly, excellent work. I've been to salons in Paris, NYC, Miami, LA...and everywhere in between...and to be honest, the all-over color with highlights and cut that I was given by Ashley is one of the best I've ever received. It *is* hands-down the best color job I've had. Looks wonderfully natural... me only better. Price was great as well, as a special was going on. Can't believe all of the money and time I wasted at over-priced too-much-attitude salons like Heidi's and MarioMax. For the best in Metro Detroit, just head down Orchard Lake Rd. to Christopher's. Pros: Excellent stylists, color, and cuts. Great atmosphere Cons: May be out of the way for some, but is easily accessible via Telegraph and Orchard Lk Rd more
