This is my first time on your site. I am in the meat industry and talk to a lot of butchers and found out that they use saw blades from china which don't last long and tend to rust easy, also some of their sevice on repairs is pretty bad in the field. If they have it sent in they do a better job because they take their time and do it right. I even talked to one butcher that said they still haven't fixed his saw and he has been waiting for 6 months for them to get it right. They do offer a better saw blade but that is just for the Price Choppers and chain stores, not independent stores, they get the cheap stuff sent to them. Over all I haven't heard any thing good from the smaller stores.
