These people are careless, they show up late, they dont return your calls, and they dont even bother to give you updates or tell you whats going on. These people are basically being paid to show up for you, not to DEFEND your case, they put in no effort to negotiate, they just want their money. i feel robbed. Dont waste your time or money on these people. more

I run my own business, so when I get a ticket I wont have time to deal with it that's why I hire a lawyer for. so that they can take care of the thing I cant do. this lawyers will show up in court but they will not defend you they will not work on your case all you are paying is for someone to show up in court and look the part. I don't even know if I ever met with a real lawyer, different people showed up to my case. all they did was recap what happened then I had to show up anyways. when I was there with a lawyer, it was not the same lawyer who I spoke to. he was talking to me about a dui and I was not charged with a dui he didn't even have his cases right. theres no organization here I guess this is what happens when you go cheap. lesson learned for me I hope none of you have to go through the same more

dealing with Christopher Koch & Associates is very complicated. they will tell you one thing, then the exact opposite. I called them out on it and they just gave me excuse after excuse from there on. I did not believe that lawyers would be this unprofessional. I don't understand how a company with so many people working in it can be so unorganized. I am warning all readers to find a different place for a lawyer. anywhere else. more

I spent thousands of dollars hiring Christopher to represent me, but he wouldn't even talk to me. on all court appearances I had to make, a different lawyer would show up with an excuse and we would get nowhere. I remember asking if he was to handle my case if I hired them and I was answered yes many times. I never got to speak to Christopher and I'm very disappointed with him. His whole law firm seems to be backing him up with excuses. There is no trust anywhere in this place. Be careful with your dealings with them. more

I hired Chris Koch's services and he went above and beyond my expectations. I had never been in this situation before, and I was picked up for a DUI. I didn't know what to expect whatsoever but he got my charge reduced down to a wet and reckless, and the DMV let me keep my license. I am very relieved and don't plan on letting this happen again. I have to write a review for these guys because they did an extremely good job defending my case! I was picked up for a DUI and my case was out of Pasadena courthouse. There was an accident involved to say the least and my blood alcohol level was at .18 percent. They got it reduced to a wet & reckless! I am extremely satisfied with that. my case was out of the Riverside courthouse. Chris was able to get me straight home confinement on my 3rd DUI charge. So thankful I didn’t have to do any jail time. He also saved me $1,500 on the fine. Definitely recommend him. more
