This place is unprofessional and has no sympathy. I don’t know if over time they have got worse based on previous reviews. I had a bad experience with one of the girls that work there. My husband has been waiting over 3 months for his license to be back active. I paid $1,200 and still nothing has happen. I can longer call about his license even though I’m his wife because of the awful experience I had with one of the girls bringing up why his child support is delinquent, and intimidation towards his case which had nothing to do with his license when I questioned why she brought that up I was banned from contacting them ever again even though I paid the $1200. We hired you all and this how I’m treated. So now only my husband can call and they tell him the same thing everytime that it’s being worked on.They can’t even give a date on when he will have his license and blames it on the BMV, and they have our money!!! How is a black man suppose to go to work support his family and be scared everyday he will be pulled over. This place has no sympathy!!!! L more

He was persistent and never gave up on a very difficult case. He filed a motion and won the case using a strategy never before tried and got be a valid Indiana drivers license after a suspension.
