I just left Christina Wans less than 15 minutes ago and I must say I had the MOST unpleasant experience I have ever encountered in all of my years of dining. I immediately felt as if there was a bit of prejudice in the air, due to the fact that I am an african american male and a white male arrived after I did, but was serviced first and with a gracious smile. I was just escorted (no greeting might I add) by a male server in which he seemed very hasty that my mother who was dining with me did not know what she wanted to eat right away. Lets keep in mind she has never been there before. We decided to start off with the shrimp because of the server whom just stood there as if we needed to hurry and order. After telling him of our selection he made a rude gesture as if he were saying "finally". He then shook his head as he walked away and I young woman by the name of Annie shook her head in agreeance as if we were bothering them because we were indecisive about our menu choice right away. This made me feel very uncomfortable, therefore I felt I needed to voice my opinion. After speaking with Annie, whom had a lax approach as if she didn't care about hearing let alone addressing, any of my concerns. I then asked to speak with a higher authority in which I was told is the actual owner whom happens to not be in today, but will be in tomorrow. I plan to speak with her tomorrow, in hopes of getting a better resolution than I got (or in my opinon, didn't get) today. Nevertheless, Christian Wan's ambiance is nice, but the TERRIBLE customer service and lack of customer concern makes it an easy decision when comes to the question if I will return. Of course the answer is, NO!
