Horrific Agents/Agency! Stay away! 12/23/2010

Christina was one of the most abrasive, curt and disrespectful people I have ever dealt with in the insurance industry. Her phone manner and tone was that you are an uneducated moron who knows nothing like she does. I would NEVER recommend this agency, or this sorry excuse for an agent to ANYONE! i will be filing a formal complaint with NYS. more

I recently had an auto accident and can not thank Christina Riccio enough for extending her knowledge and outstanding customer service to my family! She was informative on my call into the agency to find out how to proceed, followed up the next day to make sure Allstate was handling the claim in a timely fashion and then called me a week later to check in. My family has been insured with Tom and Christina for years and I am always taken back at how professional they are! Everyone should have their insurance at The Whalen Agency! more

Stay Clear of the "Whalen Agency" AKA Thomas Whalen Agency in Bellmore 1/31/2009

They advertise on there web as being ?Loan Officers? and ?Insurance Consultants?\r Do yourself a favor!\r If you need any type of mortgage go to DIRECTLY to a bank. Do not go to this office / agency!!! Fast talking sales people (Christina) think they know everything and have all the answers. They do have all the answers, THE WRONG ONES! They are only out to take your money. YOUR IN BAD HANDS WITH THE THOMAS WHALEN ALLSTATE AGENCY IN BELLMORE NY 1/22/2009

Beware! \r I was told quoted one price for home owners and when I got the bill it was much higher. I was given every excuse under the sun by Christina a sales person in this office. \r Then asked same person for a refund and was given every excuse under the sun on why I cant get a refund on my unused policy. \r I had to call the Allstate company 1800Allstate to get my money back. I also was forced to file a complaint with the NYS insurance department against sales agent Christina Riccio from the Thomas Whalen Allstate Agency. Not a honest business.\r \r Cons: DISHONEST more

I enjoy being a customer of Allstate. You never have to worry if you're in an accident, they always have your back. It gives me comfort to know I';ve got an insurance company behind me like that. more
