Awesome job on the food for our wedding reception. We have received so many positive comments from our guests that the food and catering was excellent!!! Christie did an absolutely AMAZING job of catering our wedding. We discussed the menu plan, and Christie was beyond flexible and accommodating. We had dietary restrictions we were working with, and other caterers weren't nearly as understanding as Christie. She gave us great suggestions and tasty recommendations. On our wedding day she pulled everything off flawlessly. The guests complimented the food and the fact that there was SO MUCH of it! No servings plates were ever empty, and her crew was very friendly. I would highly recommend using Christie to cater your special event. When I first met with Christie I was impressed with her background and years in the industry. She was happy to accomdodate our diets (some vegan) and made several ideas to make sure the menu went together well and filled a variety of needs. The food was delicious to eat and very plentiful. The leftovers were enjoyed by our overnight guests the next day. She added sparkle and and professional skill to our happy day. Pros: Competitive Prices Cons: Need to provide own alcohol more

Ok first off she was told friday to be there at 3pm Saturday... she showed up at 4pm (when the wedding was about to start) and said she thought she had to be there at 330. If you think 330 then be there at 330 not 4 you idiot!! Pros: NONE! Cons: Too many to count- read review! more
