We have used Christian Brothers for a few things with our cars and have been pleasantly surprised. Friendly, honest and reasonably priced. Clean, nice environment. I highly recommend! more

I have been dealing with Christian Bros. for a little over a year and have had them do some of the jobs I don't want to handle, now that I am getting older. I have not been disappointed in their work and will continue dealing with them in the future. I do wish they would sign up for the AAA discount program though. more

not what i expected 7/14/2011

1st time customer - ac was blowing out hot air. brought my car in at 8am as requested and they said it would take a couple of hours to check out the problem. 5 1/2 hours later they had yet to start on the car. another hour passed and they said the compressor wasnt coming on and it would be another $100 to check it out. I thought that was what the first $174 was for -- to check out why the a/c wasnt working. thankfully, they gave me an estimate for an additional $2300 of repairs i may want to consider over the next 6 months. uh? not impressed! more

Safety and Emissions 7/5/2011

I brought my vehicle in for a safety and emissions inspection on June 29th. My vehicle failed the safety portion of the test due to a cracked turn signal cover. Christian Brothers had my car repaired within a few hours, and for a reasonable price. When I went to pick up my car, any additional recommendations for maintenance were presented to me, but not in a high-pressure way like some repair shops will do. I was simply advised that "these are the things you'll want to be aware of down the road," and I was never pressured to make any kind of appointment for further repair. I was very impressed with the fast, professional service I received at Christian Brothers. Thanks! more

We were greeted warmly and taken care of right away. When they provided an estimate for some potential work that needed to be done to one of our cars, one of the employees even took the time to show us on the car exactly what it is that needed to be repaired. This is after his attempt to look up the part online to give us a picture representation. The staff was friendly and did a great job! more

"Told it like it is!!!!" 6/16/2011

I brought my daughter's car in to get fixed. The ac and the heat was out. It is an old car with many miles on it. My daughter is debating at what point she needs a new one. CBA looked the car over and determine that the AC was an easy fix, but it would take about 7 hours of labor just to find out what was wrong with the heat. We fixed that ac and held up on the heat, which will give my daughter a summer of comfort as she figures out the best replacement for the old car. CBA was honest and didn't try to push us into repairs we did not want. Price was very reasonable. more

Transmission Fluid Change 6/8/2011

Great service, I was in and out in 1 hour. They didn't just drain the transmission fluid, they flush it out including the torque converter. Gary & Bob were great very friendly. Marcus the mechanic who work on my vehicle explained everything he was going to do. Would recommend to my friends more

GREAT SERVICE!!! 6/8/2011

This was the first time I've been to CB. I have to say that it was by far the best experience at an auto shop that I've ever had. Bob and Gary explained everything t me in detail, advised me as to what I needed and did not need, and kept me up to date the entire process. They went out of their way to accommodate my schedule, and were two of the nicest guys I've met in a while. The prices were very fair and I didn't feel like I do at other places, where they try and up-sell you on parts and services you don't actually need. very honest, very professional. I'll be back for all of my service. more
