I trust these guys. My Jeep quit running and I had it taken to Christian Brothers. They put it on a diagnostics machine and the machine said to change some sensors. Parts and labor were going to cost me just over $400. After replacing the sensors the car still wouldn't run. They determined that the problem had to do with the internal workings of the engine which I had under warranty from another shop. I was worried about paying for labor but Christian Brothers only charged me for the initial diagnostics. more

Honest and Hard Working 1/6/2012

The staff all treated me with respect. After years of being called "honey" when I take my car to the shop, I found being called by my real name refreshing! They worked hard to get my car ready for me in one day, were neat, tidy, and reasonably priced for the services provided. I would choose them again in a heart beat. more

Needed Starter 12/23/2011

Christian Brothers recommended a towing company that was able to pick up my car quickly. They diagnosed why my Highlander wouldn't start and replaced the starter by early afternoon. It was very nice to get my car back the same day because it was very close to Christmas. more

Reliable service. 12/22/2011

Had some minor tire work done on my BMW. They were quick and timely and did the job correctly. I did have to schedule appointment ahead of time. I will try them for other work and see how they do. more

Broke down but well taken care of 12/8/2011

It is never convenient to break down on the road, but I consider myself fortunate enough to break down near the Cristian Brothers Automotive Shop. As I was traveling through the area returning from vacation, pulling a fifth wheel travel trailer my truck quit running and had to be towed to a shop. One of the Maumelle Police told me Christian Brothers was around the next curve. I am completely satisfied with the service I received. The trouble shooting and repair was done in an efficient and very timely manner. more

Tune up, oil change, etc 11/26/2011

I was much relieved to know/learn that I could get service the day before Thanksgiving day as I thought my engine was ruined. Thanks for helping in this matter and giving my engine further life. I did, actually my husband did, find some type tool left under the hood which made a noise when being driven. I will get it back to you asap. Thanks, Ellen Killebrew more

Excellent Service! 11/10/2011

Today was my first time to use your services (although I had been meaning to try it for a while now). I was so impressed with the professional and timely service! What I have been hoping to find is a place like this where I can trust what they SAY and DO. If today was any indication of future experiences, I think I may have found that place! There was no high-pressure sales talk. Reception area was clean. They were very accommodating to every person that came in while I was there. It was a great experience and I will be telling my family and friends about it! more

Outrageous price, nice service 11/4/2011

I feel like they would have done a great job with my car had I done anything past the diagnostic, but when I found out that the part that needed to be replaced cost $40 and was a simple fix after being told CB would fix it for over $400, I decided to let a friend fix it instead. They also told me a lot of stuff needed to be fixed when it didn't (told me I needed new wiper blades, among other things, when the wipers had just been replaced). Other than that they were friendly. Liked the courtesy ride to and from home. Very accommodating. more
