I called and spoke to Scott and told him that my car was hot. He brought some coolant and put it in but you could not actually see a leak. He said he would follow me back to the shop to make certain I got there okay and did not have any more problems.\r I have always been treated decently and greeted when I go there. They are willing to stay late and assist you with getting back in your vehicle as soon as possible. I highly recommend this location to anyone I know needing a repair shop. more

Great Crew 6/12/2012

I took my car in for a coolant flush, transmission rush, and oil change. The crew was GREAT! They took me back to my house while I waited on the work to be completed. I always hate taking my car in, because it seems like no matter where I take it they try to sell me something or tell me something is wrong with my car. That was not the case here. They did what I asked and sent me on my way. Thank you SO much CBA! more

Always love coming to this shop. It's a nice facility, very clean and organized. The staff here is always friendly and working with a smile on their face. I wouldn't bring my car anywhere else. more

Stay Away 8/30/2011

They should change the name to Satanic brothers. Worst experience i have ever had is with Christian brothers automotive. I went their thinking they would have christian values and treat their customers the same way that they would like to be treated, well i was shocked at how they do not stand behind their work and the prices they charge can only be described has very high to just simply a rip-off. more

Outstanding Service 7/6/2011

I never ceased to be amazed at how professional this shop is run. service manager Mike and owner Kevin will go out of their way to make every visit exceptional. They won my business away from the dealership because their pricing was cheaper, but I'd actually pay more now if they charged it to know they are looking over my vehicles. They don't charge you for things you don't need. Where do you find places like this? No where but CBA! Highly recommend this shop and personnel!! more

Incompetent, misleading, overpriced, inexperienced, not to be trusted 3/31/2011

Three days later and $800 poorer my car still did not run. All I received were a new O2 sensor and cleaned out throttle body. The whole experience at Christian Brothers was a nightmare. No one seemed to know what was wrong with the car and I had no confidence in what they were telling me. When I gave a poor review on the e-mail survey the owner called me and asked me what my biggest frustration was. I told him that after seeing them and spending $800 I now had to go elsewhere and spend more money to get it fixed. He asked me to come back in and to give them another try in addition he would cut me a $50 check for a Railroad discount I should have gotten. Three days and $800 dollars later they figure out it was a bad battery. When I asked about the check I was promised they said they would mail it. Three weeks went by with no check and when I e-mailed asking about it he said they had created an account with a $50 credit. So not only did the owner lie to me and arrogantly assume I w more

Professional and Courteous 1/16/2011

Bobby Beaudreaux Says: Always take our family vehicles there. Even the wife doesn't mind dropping off there - the guys are professional and courteous. The waiting area is very clean and the shop always looks great. I recommend them to everyone who asks about a good shop. more

Great Service 12/29/2010

These guys are the greatest. My wife and daughters take the cars there because they don't feel intimidated and the front office is very clean (sometimes cleaner than our home!) They always fix it right the first time and the quote is always the same as when they quote the job over the phone. more
