Chris is a very friendly guy who is also a terrific fitness instructor. He is able to specify workouts to any sport or activity you want to improve, including just improving your general health. He is an inspiring trainer who will keep you working hard while also being friendly and not insulting or upsetting like many fitness trainers. He is extremely knowledgeable and has a small gym he works at with just a couple of other trainers so you never have to fight the crowds when you are with him. He helped teach me how to train effectively to lose weight and kept me motivated. I lost 95 pounds and have kept the weight off for a year now. I highly recommend Chris Venzlaff.
