Service was marginal. One brother (two brothers own the business) seemed completely uninterested in customer service. The other one was ok. I made a large purchase and also had a gem re-set. When I went to pick up the gem ring, it was crooked in the setting. They re-set it, but didn't seem bothered by my inconvenience nor interested in my dissatisfaction. more
