I had a traumatic shopping incident with another site, and I returned my product. I called Direct Home to order some similar items, but I warned them about my past experience with the other company who had damaged all the items in shipment. The ceo said he would send it white glove at no extra cost. I thought that was pretty nice! Everything came in one piece this time. Thanx to them. Good company. more

Awesome service@ChooseOutdoorKitchens 6/7/2011

I had ordered the wrong grill by accident. They claimed they had a 15% restocking fee on their site, but the customer service rep waived the fee, and I was able to return the item. I didn’t even pay for shipping. Now why aren’t there more companies like this now-a-days! more

Hands down the sales people choose kitchens are hands down the most technical people we talked to while shopping around online. Choosing all the right pieces for our outdoor kitchen project was intimidating. The sales people there seemed like they had been doing this for 30 years. They made it quick and easy. more

An excellent experience 7/28/2010

I had an excellent experience buying my Fire Magic barbecue from Choose Outdoor Kitchens. Not only was the price right, but the people were friendly. They kept in contact with me when I was wondering why it was taking so long to get my grill. They explained that they order directly from the company and it takes a little while. When it was ready to ship, they called me and I had it in a few days!! Really nice people, really great service!!! Pros: Excellent service, excellent prices Cons: a little slow on delivery more
