Choo Choo Trolley came highly recommended to me and I reserved a trolley for my wedding day thinking it would be the fun, classy mode of transportation I was expecting. Imagine my horror to find a driver not professionally dressed, no sound system to play music (when I was under the impression it was due to other's recommendations), not fitting comfortably, getting off of the trolley for pictures and finding dirt on the backs of my mom and bridesmaids dresses, being able to write my name in the dust on the dashboard, wood paneling HANGING OFF THE SIDE OF THE TROLLEY and people commenting on my ghetto ride, and finally, getting attitude from the driver after making a scheduled stop that we need to be back on the trolley so she can keep to her 3:30 drop off and get home. (BTW, It clearly stated in my contract that you could go over your scheduled drop off and pay accordingly). Too bad you have to pay 2 weeks before WITH the driver's gratuity (18%) because once it's gone, it's gone. We called to complain to the manager and he was completely unreasonable and unwilling to do anything and when told we would write bad reviews he said ""Go for it"" and when I asked for some of my money refunded, I was told ""Ain't happening"". Very professional, don't you think? So, here you are. Buyer, beware!
Pros: NONE UNLESS YOU LIKE IGNORANCE
Cons: FALSE ADVERTISING, CUSTOMER SERVICE
