They were no Nuisance! 7/6/2010

I have a chronic medical condition that requires fairly simple, but regular, medical treatment. In the past, my biggest complaints about a doctor have been the difficulty in reaching them on the phone, the wait for appointments, etc. You know, all the nuisances that make going in for something simple soooo aggravating. They treat my like Im Important 7/6/2010

What really impresses me is that every time I have been to this office, there is someone there to help me find my way. Walking up to the front desk, the receptionists ALL looked up and called me over to the desk as if nothing else mattered at that moment but making sure I was helped. And this has happened every time I go to the office! It's pretty amazing, considering my expectations of a doctor's appointment is to stand in line, sign my name to a list, or stand and wait while the receptionist finishes their phone conversation or data entry or something else that looks terribly important. The employees actually look up when you approach and put you at ease. Go Dr. Cholankeril! more

HE LISTEN TO ME!!!! 6/22/2010

I'm a hypochondriac. There. I said it...so let's move on. Recently I called my doc (Dr. Cholankeril) and he returned my call right away (it was a Sunday...it took about 15 mins). He told me to get my butt down to the ER right away, within 15-20 mins I was in a bed, hooked up to a saline/morphine drip and was feeling 50% better. more

PROMPT AND KIND!!!!!!!! 6/22/2010

From the first phone call I made, I was treated with dignity, respect, and care. Their staff is absolutely incredible and meticulous. I met with Dr. Cholankeril in regards to my tonsils. She was very kind and prompt. I was given a referral for a Tonsillectomy. The receptionist there was incredibly thorough and kind through the several phone conversations we had to have to get my surgery scheduled. more

This is a great medical facility. I have always been treated very respectfully and seen fairly quickly. Doctors and staff are kind and professional. more
