Crooks!!!!...So upset and don't know where to start!!!\r \r \r Office Mananger Emily Garcia has absolutely NO ETHICS!! Went in due to a cracked tooth in two places and was told that my dental benefits did not cover any type of crown. Was only given the option of purchasing a $1000 crown based on the office managers lying words. Later found out that my dental provider did pay for a least 5 other crowns and to make matters worst the manager lied and told my dental provider that I did not have a cracked tooth therefore only needed a filing and that it was my choice to order a crown. \r \r IT'S ALL ABOUT THE MONEY...ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!\r more

I smile and smile because I need to show off my pearly whites. I?m proud of them now. My smile has been improved 100%! I bring my seven year old baby here too. Her teeth are perfect but they also need care. I think the staff actually receives training to deal with customers in a courteous manner. They?re so nice. This is not the case everywhere, even though so many would benefit from the availability of such training. Here, things are kept running smoothly and gracefully. More smiles! They?re also accommodating when I need to reschedule. I?ve gone to many dentists, like most ppl, but this one works for me and I?m not planning on going anywhere else anytime soon. more

I am pleased to read all of the positive reviews about West Coast Dental, because they are all very true. The West Coast Dental office near my home is one of the best dental clinics I?ve ever been to. I love my dental assistant and of course the dentist is just amazing. A few months ago I had to make an emergency appointment for my teenage son, he?s 17. He experienced a horrible fall while skateboarding and knocked out his front tooth. Although I was completely scared, my first thought was to call West Coast Dental because I remember reading on their website that they accommodate emergency appointments. And I was right. They took him in within the hour and they were able to reattach the tooth again. A miracle. Apparently they were able to reattach the tooth to the bone! I was truly surprised and so thankful. So was my son! more

ME AND MY DAUGHTER HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE AT CHOICE DENTAL . WE HAD A APPOINTMENT AT 10:00AM WE DIDNT GET SEEN UNTIL 12:02PM .WHATS THE POINT OF HAVE A APPOINTMENT IF YOU ARE NI=OT GOING TO GET SEEN ? THEY ONLY HAVE 1 X-RAY TECH ,SO THAT MADE THE WAIT EVEN LONGER , HE WAS THE ONLY WHO GIVE US GOOD COSTUMER SERVICE. JUST TO MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT WE DIDNT LEAVE UNTIL 3:15PM . My daughter and I just got home from the worst dental experience of our lives. Exactly what the rater below described - unfriendly staff. They were extra friendly at first, pressuring us to pay out of our pockets 250 dollars for something my daughter doesn't need! And when they didn't get what they wanted, their attitude suddenly became horrible, making us wait for the longest time just for a tooth extraction and the dentist refused to answer any of our questions! These are hard times, and this is not the way for Dental Clinics to earn a quick buck from uninformed patients. Fortunately for me, I understand how this works. Be forwarned! This is a very horrible place. more

I wouldn't even give this place a star if i could, first of all the staff is not friendly, they are HORRIBLE!! I had two children go in first of all it took 3 months to get an appointment, then when I went in, the office manager was pressuring me to pay out of my pocket about 300 dollars for my 4 year old that has all baby teeth. since i didn't want to pay out of my pocket she got really upset and wouldn't even discuss my son's work (who has permanet teeth)they wouldn't even do the basic on my kids( fillings for their cavaties and a cleaning) because I wouldn't pay for the extras out of my pocket. Then when I did go to schedule an appt. they want to book it for another 4 months, I don't know if they were mad or what but it was rediculous.. I changed my insurance, took my kids to magic land dental and i was not over charge i only paid 69 dollars for the same treatments, I even got a discount for having two kids. more

My little one was terrified of the dentist ever since we had a bad experience at our old denist. Our insurance company referred us to Choice Dental. I literally took her in kicking and screaming. The staff was so sweet to her and had her calmed down in a matter of minutes. She actually sat still for her exam and cleaning. She didn't even put up a struggle for her flouride treatment. So happy we found Choice Dental in Hawthorne! Pros: great for kids, good customer service Cons: none! more
