You will never taste anything better., and I have been to chocolate factories on the west coast and in Europe. Customer service is a bit slow, but that is because everyone is beating the door down to get in-not an attitude problem from the staff and owner-they go out of their way to make sure that, when it's your turn to be waited on, you get their full attention, and they do a beautiful job presenting their masterpieces by hand wrapping them in a variety of special ways, all according to what you want. Don't let previous impatient reviewers steer you away- get in line with everyone else and wait your turn- your taste buds will not be disappointed! more

My wife and sister-in-law just went to this place to buy some Easter candy. We are new to the triangle and wanted to find a nice candy store like we had near our previous home. As they were walking around the owner lectured across the store that no one should be carrying chocolate in their hands because they will melt it or drop it. My sister-in-law then asked if they had a particular molded shape and was told that ""people call weeks ahead of time for stuff like that"" in an annoyed tone. They left and said they have never been treated like that at a business before. I see it says under new ownership in the posts, but it appears to be the same bad attitude that surfaces. I went there to pick up order with my 4 years old. It took them forever to ""notice"" that I was there even though there were only one other customer in the store and when my son needed to use the restroom the lady told us they don't have restroom. So I guess people who worked there don't use restroom? I had to rush out and stopped at the gas station to let him use potty. more

I've had several dealings with CS and they are always WONDERFUL. Super friendly, very helpful, and not to mention the DELICIOUS candy! Pros: EVERYTHING! Clean store, nice employees, wonderful candy Cons: THERE ARE NONE! more

Chocolate Smiles has a new owner that is all smiles! She is friendly and strives to make sure your order is done right. She does a beautiful job on gift baskets and the chocolates are delicious. Don't make the same mistake I did and ignore the bad reviews previously posted. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and suffered for it. Employees were consitently rude, my order wasn't ready when I arrived (though I had confirmed earlier), I did not receive what I ordered and paid for, and I was not offered a refund for their mistake. I cannot believe this place is in business. The owner literally screamed at me over the phone when I informed her that I received the wrong order. more
