Learned a very valuable lesson this past weekend. When dropping off clothes to be pressed by a dry cleaner, especially CHISM'S, I should have had the attendant not only write the day of pick-up, but the time of pick-up as well. I was told to pick-up my items 'Anytime after 3pm' on Sat, Sept., 28th, '13. My response was... ""I will be here at exactly 3pm, my son and his group of friends will be taking pictures for homecoming"". The lady, Norma, I believe her name is, nodded and said 'Fine'. \r

Showed up at 3pm...doors closed. Yes, the items I dropped off were his clothes for homecoming. Owner declined to accept responsibility for the problem that occurred on his end with his employee. Will NEVER use them again nor EVER recommend their services to anyone. It's very unfortunate because I feel this company has done something right to stay in business for so long, but to not take care of the mistake that took place on their end could end up costing them in the long run. I doubt anyone I know of would like to be 'stuck' without their outfit for a school dance or other important event. Thank goodness it was only Homecoming and not a Wedding. Notifying BBB next. Hopefully this situation can be avoided in the future. \r
