Drifted in from Texas about midnight on a cold Nov night. On our way to a Quail hunt in Madison, KS. Friendly owner, fair price and a free nightcap to boot. I would stay again and recommend this place to anyone needing a place to crash for a few hours without breaking the bank. Nothing fancy just a basic room that more than served it's purpose. Thanks for the Texas style hospitality. more

The hotel staff was great. We stayed there over the weekend and they are going through an extensive hotel renovation. The rooms were great with a poolside view! Best of all, can't beat the rates, best price in town more

its by far the best motel i havebever stayed in. u work pipeline so im always in a motel. the price is good. they brought in new beds matress and pillows. they are getting ready to change the carpets and rugs. they cook for us. i have never stayed in a motel with such great hospitality. the workers are down to earth and take your requests into consideration. i will definately be back here again if im ever in this area again. its under new management and they have made great changes more

Would I stay here again YES. I liked the owners, in fact I left my college flag in my room so I called to see if they would hang on to it until I pass back though and they said yes. I asked for an extra lamp, no problem. These are local boys that bought a motel and doing a pretty good job. more

My grandson left a small blue stuffed bunny in our room. You graciously mailed to his home in Garden City. It made a 4 year old very happy because it was his favorite. Thank you very much for taking the time to mail it. more

I came here from texas to do a job interview and see how the city was. Overall the hotel was very pleasant. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was a problem with the tv remote not working but it was quickly fixed when I reported about. Enjoyed my stay. more

I stayed at the Chisolm Suites for one full month for business.I felt like family by the time I left.Everyone who worked there..from management to maintenance went out of their way to make sure I was well taken care of during my stay.Their rooms are just hotel rooms, but suites!! The hotel feeds you a very nice breakfast each day.The best part is that the few people from my company who didn't stay at the Chisolm Suites complained about their internet being too slow or just being treated like someone from out of town yet they paid twice the price I did.I will always stay here next time I'm back in town on business. more

We stayed here the week before Thanksgiving. Great, friendly folks running the place. They know how to make you feel at home. The motel is old & off the beaten path, not a luxury hotel, but it's clean, comfy & affordable. more
