Poor Management services 5/6/2011

I have been to many chipotle restaurants and the one in Hillsboro was a little disappointing. The food was good. The service line people were polite, but I was shocked to see what seemed to be a Manager come up and yell at the staff in front of a whole bunch of customers. The lady yelled at the staff worker to " move it up" whilst this polite staff member was just trying to get my order right. I was very disappointed to see such lack of customer service on the Manager's behalf, while to staff member was doing a wonderful job catering to the customers. more

So much food, so little time. 4/26/2006

I was pleasantly surprised by my trip to Chipotle the other day. I ordered the barbacoa (shredded, marinated beef) burrito, and after they had stuffed it full of fresh-grilled peppers, onions, corn, salsa, and just a touch of sour cream, my perfect dinner was enough to be my perfect breakfast the next day as well. Their portions are huge and worth the price, by far. The service, too, was very fast. The only small complaint is with the decor and, especially, the scrape of the spikey metal chairs on a concrete floor - a terrible and unjust punishment to the higher range of my hearing. Still, the food was so fresh and really good, it more than made up for the questionable decor. more

Great Grilled Chicken 1/6/2006

The Grilled chicken is marinated and then grilled, it is so good. I have had the chicken tacos twice and it is hard to try anything else. You choose a meat and then whether you want a burrito, a enchilada or tacos (two) Whichever you choose it is too much for me to eat, it would serve two women and fill up a guy. The guacemole is great, so is the salsa. They are priced very reasonable for very fresh healthful food. more

Best burritos in town!!! 9/23/2005

What is better than a nice hot burrito filled w/ your own choice of meat, beans, amazingly flavored cilantro-lime rice, gaucamole, cheese, etc. etc. etc. You have your choice between barbacoa, steak, carnitas or chicken. Your choice of black or pinto beans. Four choices of salsa. Have what ever you want; a burrito, a burrito bol, hard or soft taco, or quesadilla. Their chips are wonderful seasoned w/ salt and lime. You cannot eat just one. The gaucamole taste homemade---I have not found any better at any other restaurants in town! Prices are reasonable, great music, very clean. The only draw back is if you run on cold you might want to have a sweater or light jacket as it tends to be cool inside. more
