As a long-time customer of Ooba's, I have to say that Chipotle coming to town was a breath of fresh air. While ths chain does not have the down-home flavor of Ooba's, I appreciate that there is good variety in its offerings and flexibility in its delivery of options. My wife and daughter find Chipolte's chicken too spicy (hence they don't tend to like Chipotle as much), but I really enjoy its carnitas. I am now a burrito bowl convert. I can order this for lunch and have plenty for dinner later on evenings when the girls are out at soccer practice, etc. and I'm on my own. It's handy for this telecommuter when work requires continuation through into the evening.
Pros: Quick, clean, pleasant service, flexible options, predictable.
Cons: Chicken is a little spicy.
